22A - Elevator Pitch No. 3

1)    The pitch: https://youtu.be/UyNq_Qv64uk

2)    A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch.
I thought that one piece of feedback that stood out to me was to be more confident and take out filler words. I think that was something that I improved on each of the three times we had to do Elevator Pitches. I became more confident with what I was going to say, and I had more practice from various assignments developing other parts of the product that I could talk about.

3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
As I mentioned previously, I added some parts towards the end of the video about what the target market would be for this product. Also, I started the video off by talking about major and what University I go to. I agree with that my pitch was mostly memorized, and that I felt more comfortable in front of the camera, as well as the entirety of the pitch was just better. I believe all of the practice from various assignments and the feedback I received from classmates is the reason why I progressed from the first to last elevator pitch assignment.

  1. Michael,

I really see your overall growth from your first pitch to your third. I noticed how you added more into the pitch than you did previously. I liked how you started off this pitch by explaining your major and University. Most people would have no clue where you are from if you didn't mention that. I noticed your demeanor was a lot more relaxed. You are really confident in your product and it shows. You are right that all you need is practice if you want to fully execute your sales pitch. Great job Michael!

  2. Hi Michael,

I found your pitch to be very informative and I like how you explained the need for this product. Your product idea is definitely needed in todays society. Although most people are moving to technology based notes, there will always be people that only take notes on paper and that is your target market where you can find lots of demand. Overall, I think you have a great idea and you did a great job communicating its need in your pitch.
