18A - Create a Customer Avatar

My Customer avatar is a secretary for an office. He likes to watch movies and go on walks when he is not at work. He drives a white Toyota but prefers to bike when he can. He has one child and it is not adopted. He is not big into books but enjoys listening to podcasts in his free time. He is in his late 30’s but feels ten years older.
I do not have too much in common with this avatar because he is in the workforce right now and I am still a student. However, I could have chosen a different target avatar that was close to my age and that would have not been a coincidence. Most entrepreneurs discover a problem that happens in their own life so there would be a good chance that they are in the target market.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your blog post. I like how you added important details about your prototypical customer such as what their interests are. Things like this are very important because this is how one can exploit their product/service. The best way to tap into a targeted market is finding and using common interests. I also found it very interesting that your custom avatar doesn't have much in common with you. Great overall post
